تغییر کاربری ناوهای آمریکایی از سوی صلیب سرخ پیگیری می‌شود

به گزارش خبرنگار فرهنگی خبرگزاری تسنیم، چندی پیش سردار سید محمد باقرزاده، فرمانده کمیته جستجوی مفقودین ستاد کل نیروهای مسلح پیشنهاد داد ناوهای آمریکایی قبل از اینکه بر اثر شرایط جوی و خوردگی و فرسایش به‌طور کلی از بین برود، آن‌ها را طبق یک فرآیند بازسازی کنند و ناوها را برای خدمات انسان‌دوستانه در اقصی نقاط دنیا تغییر کاربری دهند؛ یعنی کل ناوها در اختیار صلیب سرخ جهانی قرار بگیرد.

وی خاطرنشان کرد: ناوها می‌تواند برای حمل‌ونقل کالاهای امدادی و وسایل ویژه مهندسی، انبار دارویی و تغذیه برای تأمین آذوقه و کلاً هر نوع خدماتی که در شرایط حاد اعم از سیل، آتش، زلزله، طوفان‌ها و دیگر بلایا و سوانح طبیعی نیاز است، مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد. و در هر شرایطی که در یک نقطه از عالم مردم دچار مشکل شوند، ناوها به‌عنوان نقاط امنی برای امداد فوری از راه دریا به کمک بشریت بیایند.

به دنبال پیشنهاد سردار سید محمد باقرزاده، فرمانده کمیته جستجوی مفقودین ستاد کل نیروهای مسلح مبنی بر تغییر کاربری ناوهای آمریکایی و تبدیل آن به ناوهای لجستیکی جهت خدمات امدادی و انسان دوستانه، پیشنهاد سردار باقرزاده به کمیته بین‌المللی صلیب سرخ، جهت پیگیری به ژنو ارسال شد.

ترجمه اظهارات سردارباقرزاده که از سوی دفتر نمایندگی صلیب سرخ در تهران برای ژنو ارسال شده است به شرح ذیل است:

General Bagherzadeh proposed a change in utilization of US warships

Following the frequent presence and movement of US warships in Persian Gulf and Oman Sea, mainly to intimidate and threaten people of the region, general Bagherzadeh made the following proposal.

General Seyed Mohammad Bagherzadeh, commander of Search and Recovery Committee (SRC) affiliated to the Iranian Armed Forces General Staff, said in an interview with Tasnim News with respect to the recurrent presence and movement of US warships for intimidation of people of the region: “Due to the current inefficiency of these warships, particularly when they face independent nations like I.R.Iran, I proposed to an ICRC official couple of years ago to reconstruct them asap before they turn into rusted pieces of metal scrap in the sea due to whether condition and erosion, to be later dispatched to humanitarian missions around the world, meaning that all the vessels to be at the disposal of the World Red Cross.”
He added, “These vessels can be used to transport relief items, engineering equipment, as well as pharmaceutical and food items to provide help in times of difficulty, i.e. floods, fires, shakes, storms and other types of natural disaster. Wherever in the world people are in trouble, the vessels can be used as a secure point of access through the sea. This way, maybe part of the sins of Americans is forgiven owing to this service to humanity.”
Commander of SRC repeated his proposal to Red Cross once again and said, “I call upon all liberate nations to push for a change in the application of these warships, as they have no place in the political and security arrangements today. Owing to the enlightenment of the Iranian Islamic revolution, as formerly said by general Salami, IRGC chief commander, these vessels have already turned to metal scraps. In a bid to take the most advantage of these ships, I would like to reiterate the above proposal and put emphasis on it.”
