Iran's Faghani Assigned for England-Uruguay Fourth Official
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Alireza Faghani has been picked as the fourth official for the match between Uruguay and England in the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
The match has been scheduled for June 19 in Group D of the competitions at the Arena Corinthians in Sao Paulo.
It’s the second time Faghani has been picked for the fourth official. Faghani was assigned as the fourth official for the World Cup's opening match between Brazil and Croatia.
Carlos Velasco Carballo from Spain has been assigned as the referee for the match.
Carballo will be assisted by his compatriots Roberto Alonso Fernandez and Juan Yuste.
