Iran’s Rah Ahan Signs Eduardo Ferreira
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Brazilian-born defender Eduardo Soares Ferreira joined Iranian football club Rah Ahan on Monday.
The 31-year-old central defender has joined Rah Ahan on a one-year contract.
The details of the transfer have not been revealed.
Ferreira was naturalized in 2013 and made his international debut for Equatorial Guinea on 16 November 2013 against Spain.
Eduardo Soares Ferreira began his career at the Brazilian club Esporte Clube Primavera.
He has also played for Brazilian clubs Anapolina, Grêmio Esportivo Anápolis, Colombian América de Cali and South African Ajax Cape Town.
Rah Ahan is 10th in the Iranian Professional League after eight weeks.
