Sareh Javanmardi Named Iran’s Flagbearer in Closing Ceremony
INCHEON (Tasnim) – Shooter Sareh Javanmardi was named Iran’s flagbearer for the closing ceremony for the 2014 Asia Para Games.
The 2014 Asia Para Games will finish on Friday and Javanmardi will carry the Iranian flag in the ceremony.
She was surprised and honored to be asked to carry the flag.
Javanmardi has won two gold medals in the games.
She claimed a gold medal in the Mixed 50 meter pistol SH1 and finished in first place in the Women's P2-10m Air Pistol-SH1.
