KARBALA (Tasnim) – Iraqi people and pilgrims keep vigil at the holy shrines in Najaf, Karbala, Kademiyah and Samerrah on Laylat al-Qadr or the Night of Destiny when the holy Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
