Iranians Perform Ta’zieh Passion Play to Commemorate Imam Hussein (AS)

ISFAHAN (Tasnim) – People in Nushabad, a town in Iran’s central province of Isfahan, perform Ta’zieh, a dramatic genre with an Islamic and Persian heritage, the central theme of which is the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS) in the Battle of Karbala.
