KHOY (Tasnim) – Aid has been streaming into Khoy city in Iran’s northwestern province of West Azarbaijan. Hundreds of people have been injured and thousands displaced after a quake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale hit the city and the nearby villages on January 28.
