TEHRAN (Tasnim) – On the eve of Imam Ali’s (PBUH) birth anniversary, a Taklif Celebration (celebrating the time when a Muslim youth reaches the age of observing the religious obligations and responsibilities) for a large group of Muslim girls was held with Ayatollah Khamenei in attendance in Tehran.
