Palestinian Children Killed in Israeli Air Raids on Gaza Strip
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – At least seven Palestinian people, including children, were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a house in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to the Palestinians sources, the deadly attack took place in on Khan Younis. Over two dozen civilians were also severely injured in the Israeli air strike.
Dozens of locals had gathered on the roof of the house after the family received a notice from Israeli authorities that it would be targeted. The house belonged to the al-Kaware family.
The latest deaths bring to 11 the number of Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks on Tuesday, Ma’an News Agency reported.
Earlier, an Israeli airstrike on a vehicle in Gaza City killed three Palestinians.
Prior to the deaths in Gaza City, the body of Rashad Yassin, from al-Nuseirat refugee camp, was found under the rubble of a destroyed house in central Gaza.
At least 75 Palestinians have been injured since late Monday in military action dubbed Operation Protective Edge, with Palestinian security sources putting the number of airstrikes at more than 70.
