Lebanese PM, Iran's FM Discuss Regional Developments in Munich


TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and Lebanese Prime Minister Tammam Salam met in Munich Saturday to confer on latest regional developments.

A statement from the Lebanese premier said Salam discussed with  Zarif "developments in Lebanon and the region."

Lebanon's ambassador to Germany Mustapha Adib-Abdul-Wahed and Iran's ambassador to Germany Ali Majdi also took part in the meeting.

Salam and Zarif are in Munich for a security conference that has drawn heads of states and ranking officials from across the world to debate solutions to regional conflicts, The Daily Star reported.
