Iran Loses to Russia in Futsal Tournament for Women
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iranian national women futsal team was defeated against Russia in the 6th International Futsal Tournament National Teams on Wednesday.
Team Melli lost to Russia 3-2 in the match held at the Aquarium Hotel in Krasnogorsk.
The tournament got underway in Krasnogorsk, Russia from May 6 to 9.
The Iranian futsal team will also play Spain and Russia 2 in the three-day tournament.
Iran is preparing to participate in the first edition of the AFC Women's Futsal Championship.
