US Muslims Set Up Outdoor Exhibition Showing Saudi War Crimes in Yemen (+Photos)

WASHINGTON DC (Tasnim) – Muslims here in the US capital city staged an outdoor exhibition of photos depicting the Saudi regime's war crimes in Yemen.

According to Tasnim dispatches, the organizers of Friday prayers in Washington, DC, staged an outdoor exhibition in front of the Islamic Center of Washington, which showcased photos demonstrating Yemeni children killed by recent Saudi airstrikes in Yemen.

An organizer of the event told the Tasnim News Agency that the photo exhibition was mounted "to make the voice of the oppressed people of Yemen heard by Muslims."

On March 26, Saudi Arabia and some of its Arab allies began to launch deadly airstrikes against the Houthi Ansarullah movement in an attempt to restore power to the fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh.

According to Yemen's Health Ministry, the airstrikes have killed more than 2,300 people, including 229 women and 411 children. More than 8,000 others have been also injured in the attacks, including 581 women and 766 children.

Saudi-led aerial strikes have targeted 61 hospitals and 13 ambulances.
