Iran Nuclear Talks: FMs to Hold Plenary Meeting Monday Night

VIENNA (Tasnim) – Foreign ministers from Iran and the Group 5+1 (Russia, China, the US, Britain, France and Germany) are going to hold a plenary meeting in Vienna tonight as part of last-ditch efforts to finalize the text of a final deal on Tehran's nuclear program.

The meeting will be held at 9 p.m. Vienna time.

Iran and the Group 5+1 (alternatively known as the P5+1 or E3+3) have been holding meetings in Vienna over the past two weeks to nail down a historic deal on Tehran's nuclear energy program.

They have given themselves until Monday to reach the long-awaited accord. An initial self-imposed deadline of June 30 has been extended three times in the past two weeks.
