Gaza Explosions Target Cars of Hamas Officials

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - At least four explosions rocked Gaza City on Sunday, targeting cars belonging to officials from Islamic factions, including Hamas.

Local media reported that two people were injured in Sunday morning's blast. Health officials could not immediately confirm the information.

The charred vehicles were parked outside the houses of the local officials in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, AP reported on Sunday.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility, however witnesses said a freshly painted ISIL (the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant) group flag was seen at the site of the explosions.

Hamas recently launched a fierce crackdown on ISIL supporters in the tiny coastal enclave.
