Hezbollah Inflicts More Losses on Nusra Terrorists

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement said it has dealt a heavy blow to Nusra Front terrorists on the outskirts of the northeastern border town of Arsal.

A report on Hezbollah’s Al-Manar television channel said that a Hezbollah attack late Wednesday on several Nusra crowds inflicted heavy casualties among the militants, The Daily Star reported on Thursday.

Hezbollah fighters and units of the Syrian army have launched a joint operation to push back the terrorists from the mountainous Syrian border region of Qalamoun.

They have so far made considerable victories over the terrorists, driving them out of major areas in Syria.

Nine Nusra Front militants, including a senior commander, were killed in an ambush and an ensuing clash with Hezbollah fighters two weeks ago near the restive northeastern border town of Arsal in Lebanon.
