Iran, Finland Ink 4 MoUs
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran and Finland signed four memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in Tehran on Wednesday to boost bilateral cooperation.
The agreements were signed after a meeting of high-ranking officials, attended by the presidents of the two countries.
Three of the MoUs entail cooperation in the energy industry, technology and communication, and management of forest resources.
The fourth one was signed between Iran’s Organization of Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance and Finland’s Export Credit Agency.
Heading a political and business delegation, Finnish President Sauli Vainamo Niinisto arrived in Tehran on Tuesday. He met with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Wednesday morning after an official welcome ceremony.
