Paykan Volleyball Team on Verge of Signing Dutch Kay van Dijk
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Dutch volleyball player Kay van Dijk has been linked with a move to Iran’s Paykan club.
Kay van Dijk was a member of Netherlands men's national volleyball team from 2003 to 2013.
He represented his country in Olympic Games Athens 2004.
Kay van Dijk won a silver medal with the Netherlands at the European League 2008.
He was a member of Turkish club Ziraat Bankasi Ankara, and has also played in Belgium team Noliko Maaseik and Slovenian club ACH Volley Ljubljana.
The 33-year-old opposite will replace Colombian Liberman Cristhofer Agámez Urango in the team.
