Passenger Plane Engine Catches Fire Shortly after Take-Off from Shiraz Airport (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - An Iranian passenger airplane was forced to return to airport after one of its engines caught fire shortly after take-off on Friday.
An Iranian Airbus A320 airplane bound from Shiraz to Muscat was forced to make an immediate return after one of its engines caught fire shortly after take-off on Friday, while it has 102 passengers on board.
The aircraft returned to airport fifteen minutes after it took off.
The Shiraz-Muscat flight was replaced with another airplane last night.
