Five Palestinians Killed by Israeli Fire: Gaza Ministry


TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Five Palestinians were shot dead by Israeli fire in fresh protest on the Gaza border Friday, the Health Ministry in the enclave said.

Mohammed al-Nabi, 27, was shot in the head during weekly protests along the Israel-Gaza border fence, health ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qudra told AFP.

Three other victims were killed east of Khan Younes and were named by as Nassar Abu Taym, 22, Ghassan Shaat, 23, and 23-year-old Ahmed Abu Labda.

The report also said that over 80 protesters were also wounded.
