Iranian Woman Cyclist Dehghan Joins MEXX–Watersley
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Mandana Dehghan from Iran joined the Netherland’s MEXX–Watersley International Women's Cycling Team.
She is the first ever female Iranian rider to join a European team.
Mandana has joined MEXX–Watersley from the UCI Women's Team, Al Asayl Cycling Team.
She finished in 7th place in the 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia.
“MEXX–Watersley is happy to announce we have signed Mandana Dehghan. We are proud to support her to develop as a rider in 2019,” the Dutch club announced on its website.
