Palestinian Teen Shot by Israeli Sniper Fire in Gaza (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - A video has been released showing the moment an unarmed Palestinian teenager is shot by Israeli sniper during the latest March of Return protests along the Gaza border.
The footage released by Shehab News Agency on Saturday shows a Palestinian teenager getting shot at by an Israeli shooter on the 46th Friday of Palestinian March of Return in Gaza border, as two other youths, aged 14 and 18, have been killed by Israeli forces during the protests.
The Israeli forces used live ammunition, rubber bullets and tear gas to chase protesters away from the border fence. The two young persons were killed during this latest rally, the Palestinian Health Ministry said, noting that at least 18 others were injured in the clashes.
Palestinians have been holding protests every Friday since the end of last March, demanding the implementation of refugees’ right of return to the lands from which they were expelled in 1948 during a violent ethnic cleansing campaign by Israel. At least 295 Palestinians were killed and about 6,000 wounded during the 46 weeks of clashes.
