Iran Drops Four Spots at FIFA Rankings
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran national football team slipped four places to 27th in the FIFA rankings released on Thursday.
Team Melli remained the highest-ranked Asian nation in the rankings.
Japan is the closest chaser, since it has moved three places up to 28th.
South Korea is the third Asian team (39th) and Australia sits 44th.
Belgium stays top, followed by France, Brazil, England and Uruguay.
The next FIFA World Ranking will be published on November 28, 2019.
