TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iranian Army Ground Force unveiled a homegrown transporter capable of carrying two military tanks.

The Iranian tank transporter, “Kian-700”, was unveiled during a visit to a factory of the Army Ground Force by Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri on Saturday.

The transporter’s heavy tractor unit has been equipped with an engine producing 700 horsepower and a 200-ton towing capacity.

Kian-700 is furnished with the “Soleiman-3” super heavy trailer, which can carry two military tanks, each weighing 60 tons.
