Iran to Play Kenya at Junior World Kabaddi Championship Final
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will play Kenya on Friday at the inaugural edition of the Junior World Kabaddi Championship.
The Iranian team defeated Bangladesh 52-20 in the competition’s semi-final.
Iran had defeated Thailand 90-16, Turkmenistan 90-46, Malaysia 70-29 and Chinese Taipei 53-31 in its previous matches.
The competition is being held on Kish Island, Iran from November 9 to 15.
The World Cup aims at providing a platform for young and talented players from the grassroots level to enhance their interest in representing their national side in future tournaments.
