Hassan Taftian Finishes Second at Meeting de Paris Indoor
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Hassan Taftian from Iran claimed a silver medal at the 2020 Meeting de Paris Indoor 60 meters event.
Taftian crossed the line with a time of 6.67 seconds.
Gold medal went to Brandon Carnes from USA who registered 6.61 seconds.
France’s Marvin Rene came third with 6.68 seconds.
The fastest Iranian man won 2020 Tokyo Olympics quota of men’s 100m by hitting the national record of 10.03 at the IAAF Diamond League meeting in Paris in late August.
