ACL 2020: Shahr Khodro Suffers Fourth Successive Defeat
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian football team Shahr Khodro suffered its fourth successive defeat in the 2020 AFC Champions League.
Mehdi Rahmati’s team lost to Shabab Al-Ahli of the UAE 1-0 in Doha’s Al Janoub Stadium Thursday night.
With seven minutes remaining from the match, Pedro Conde scored the solitary goal of the game.
Shahr Khodro had already lost to Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia 2-0, Uzbekistan’s Pakhtakor 3-0 and Al-Ahli 1-0.
In another group match, Pakhtakor and Al-Hilal shared the spoils in a goalless draw.
