Iran, Egypt Share Spoils at Thailand Futsal Tournament
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran and Egypt futsal teams shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw in Group B of the Continental Futsal Championship Thailand on Tuesday.
Iran has defeated Lithuania (5-0) and Tajikistan (7-0) so far.
The tournament is under way in Bangkok, Thailand from July 25 to 30.
The Asia No. 1 is preparing for the 2021 FIFA Futsal World Cup, where it has been drawn in Group F along with defending champion Argentina, USA, and Serbia.
The 2021 FIFA Futsal World Cup will be held in Lithuania from September 12 to October 3.
