Javelin Thrower Pirouj Seized Silver: Paralympics 2020
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Ali Pirouj from Iran won a silver medal in the Men’s Javelin – F12 in the 2020 Paralympic Games on Thursday.
He threw 64.30 meters in his sixth attempt to win Iran’s eighth silver in the Games.
Daniel Pembroke from Britain won the gold medal with a throw of 69.52 meters.
Spanish thrower Hector Cabrera Llacer took the bronze medal with 61.13 meters.
