Mahsas Are Solely Free in The Clime of Eurasia

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - While the historic SCO summit is being held in the heartland of the world, the death of Mahsa Amini while in custody in Iran fell like an avalanche on the news.

On September 15-16, the eyes of the world were on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Leaders' Summit in Uzbekistan. When we looked at the Atlantic press, the concern about the summit was at the highest level. Indeed, it still is.

The most accurate comment to be made about the summit is that the nightmare of the USA has come true. When we look at the last process, we see a process that supports each other. The Leaders' Summit in Astana format convened in Tehran, followed by the Erdogan-Putin meeting in Sochi, the prudence in Türkiye and around the world in the sanctions against Russia, Türkiye's goal of full membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the meeting of Turkish, Russian and Iranian Foreign Ministers, etc.

This regional and global landscape shows that oppressed and developing nations resisting and struggling against imperialism are together. In the cooperation mechanisms of which these countries are the subject, any country does not interfere with the sovereignty of another country. Countries that will lead the multipolar world are getting stronger and rising together. These countries making progress in every field. In terms of population, they constitute the most populous countries in the world and 40 percent of the world's population in total. They also have 30 percent of world production and are the center of technological development with their strengthening economies. These countries are now meeting under the same roof.

SABOTAGE, DEVILIZE, AIM

Everything in life exists with its opposite. When you look at the sudden noise in Iran while a historic summit is being held in the heartland of the world, what is happening becomes more meaningful. While the SCO Summit was going on in Uzbekistan, the death of Mehsa Emini (Turkish pronunciation for Mahsa Amini) while in custody in Iran fell like an avalanche on the news. The strategy of American imperialism to divide Turkey by creating turmoil in Turkey was also put into action in Iran. The USA immediately mobilized its apparatus in order to create social chaos in Iran after Mahsa Amini's death on September 16. The so-called protesters who took to the street attacked the security forces, and damaged ambulances, and numerous public properties.

Meanwhile, Iranian President Ibrahim Reisi (Ebrahim Raisi), who was at the SCO Summit in Samarkand, directly instructed the Minister of Interior to light on the incident. The Iranian judiciary also took action quickly regarding the incident and formed an investigation committee.

THE POWER OF DISINFORMATION

While the cause of Amini's death had not been determined, protests started in some provinces. Slogans blaming the Iranian state for the death of Mahsa Amini spread.

The allegation that “the police tortured Amini” spread quickly and fueled protests. Meanwhile, it was revealed that Amini was brought to the hospital 12 minutes after the first medical intervention. The security camera footage that emerged later and the shared forensic autopsy report refuted these claims.

The only source of arguments that hold the security forces responsible for Amini's death is some "social media accounts". The rhetoric, is highlighted and reveals the purpose of the actions that do not find a positive response throughout Iran. So it is clear that the protests are directed by organized intriguers. Violent extremist groups, adopting the rhetoric directed from the West and acting together with terrorist organizations, chanted provocative slogans to plunge the society into turmoil, set the Iranian flag on fire, and declared government officials, especially the elected Iranian President, "dictators". Famous western media outlets also used the usual blackout tactics with fabricated news, supporting the "democratic demonstrators outraged for Amini".

A few years ago, similar methods were used in the operation known as the "White Flag", in which some women suddenly took off their headscarves and made anti-government posts and actions. The last Western-backed operation launched after Amini's death shows that the legitimate government of Iran is to be overthrown with cries of "freedom" and "democracy", and the Iranian people wanted to return to the mandate period of the Shah era.

"FIGHT FOR WOMEN'S RIGHTS" WITH TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS

During the protests, many people, including police officers and members of Basij, a voluntary popular force affiliated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, lost their lives. On the other hand, the propaganda of "Iranian people took to the streets" and "There is a revolution in Iran" was carried out on social media. The “Iranian people” was placed at the center of the protests. But of course, the people were not present in these actions against the people and the state.

It is clear that the role of terrorist organizations such as the Society of Revolutionary Toilers of Iranian Kurdistan (Komele), PJAK, which is the Iranian branch of the PKK, and the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran. For example, Ibrahim Alizadeh, the leader of the Kurdistan Organization of the Communist Party of Iran, who was a fugitive abroad, even made a confession about the actions. Alizadeh did not hesitate to say that "actions were planned in advance, therefore we acted in a more coordinated manner." The so-called activists even stopped carrying the photograph of Mahsa Amini and clung to the banners of these terrorist organizations. As a matter of fact, the identities of those detained once again revealed the activities of the terrorist organization in question.

MAHSA’S FAMILY AND THE PUBLIC ARE AGAINST THE ACTIONS

However, if we look at the protests through the foggy lens of social media, we get the perception that the protests "spread all over Iran", and "on every street". Seeing the fact that the demonstrations were a destructive operation when the deceived people returned to their homes, the so-called revolution gave way to the so-called protests of groups of 50-100 people. Perhaps most importantly, the Amini family declared that they did not stand by the acts of violence and turmoil and thanked the government for the solidarity they showed in difficult times. Because when Iranian President Ibrahim Reisi learned about the tragic incident while in Samarkand, he called Amini's family and promised that "He saw Amini as his own daughter and would mobilize all the means of the state to shed light on the incident." It is worth noting that her cousins, who went to the police station with the deceased Mahsa, stated that they had not been subjected to any physical treatment by the police.

The public's response to the turmoil and acts of terrorism was not delayed. As of September 21, in the democratic protests that started with the Revolutionary Students loyal to the Iranian Islamic Revolution against those who aim to create chaos, and in the march in which large masses participated in the capital, Tehran. Iranian citizens from almost all segments of society stood up for their national independence, state, democracy, and stability. In the actions organized with the reflex of defending national security and peace, the people did not display extremist rhetoric or violence. On the contrary, they protected the national unity and the memory of Amini from the destructive attempts of terrorist organizations and showed strength to imperialism.

People walked on streets against chaos attempts with the slogans "Down with the USA, Down with Israel" and showed solidarity with the government and security forces against the terrorist organization. The intense participation of Iranian women in the counter-protests against the acts of violence revealed how close the people clamped together against the imperialist operation.

Today, major Western-based media outlets are raising headlines such as "The New Face of the Revolt", "We Will Live Free", "Death to the Dictator", "Take Off the Headscarf, and Get Rid of the Shackles" to support and legitimize the acts of violence and anarchy in Iran. Thus, it conceals terrorist acts aimed at overthrowing the Iranian government. Orange movements have been organized by Atlantic imperialism's manipulated narratives adorned with "freedom", "human rights", "women's rights", and "democracy" aimed at the oppressed nations for decades. Its strategy of overthrowing the governments “it does not approve” and dividing the nation-states that hinder itself is coming to an end. As a result, the slogan of "freedom" chanted with the support of the West actually means instability, and "democracy" means division. Just as there can be no freedom without independence, there is no legitimate and successful struggle with foreign intervention, manipulation, violence, and terrorism.

According to the West, the destruction of the "freedom" and "democracy" brought to the peoples of these countries by the orange movements imported to Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Yemen, which are ruled by "dictators" and "autocrats", is obvious.

The famous Iranian intellectual Ali Shariati says, "Where there is no criticism, idolatry begins". It is not possible to solve any social problem or improve conditions by ignoring the strategy of imperialism to destroy nation-states by interfering in the internal affairs of countries, regardless of the struggle for rights in any field, whether women, workers, farmers, or students. Not seeing this, accepting the claims about the events without criticism is turning the nonsense of "freedom" and "democracy" into bigoted worship, which the West uses and blesses as it pleases.

Looking at the Iranian example, a law change regarding the social welfare of women is on the agenda before the government, but on the one hand, imported protesters drag an Iranian woman who does not agree with them on the ground to forcibly remove her veil to “liberate” her. Not talking about trying to understand the unique historical and cultural conditions of Iran and not respecting its sovereignty, it is not even allowed to talk about the fact that Iranian women are the subject in every field of daily life, from science to politics, from art to commerce in Iran. Turmoil and hostility are being organized both within and against Iran with this cancel culture.

Declaring those who defend the nation-state and nullify the attacks of imperialism as "radical Islamists" or "bigans" and, declare those who ignore people’s beliefs and drag the women on the ground as taking off their headscarves by violence as "libertarian" actions on the ground. To not even want to see such a clear view, but to comment on the subject with the tale of freedom and secularism, is to serve as a servant to imperialism.

While there is an independent and influential country like Iran, which builds a multipolar international order for its national interests and stability in the region by making comprehensive economic and security cooperation, it is quite meaningful that such chaos operations and color revolution attempts are operated.

The United States of America, which has been trying to add a new one to the successive moves against Iran since 2017, is targeting governments like Iran by creating color uprisings. Iran's SCO membership and its role in the Belt-Road Initiative, its extensive cooperation with Eurasian countries, breaking the embargo and blockades of the West, its effective support to neighboring countries such as Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq, which are enemies of the U.S. and Israel, the fact that the nuclear talks it carries out with the European countries are against the interests of the USA-Israel, and the fruitful cooperative relations it has established with Türkiye and Russia, explain in all its dimensions the main reason for the systematic black propaganda and psychological warfare against the Iranian government.

COMMON SOLUTIONS TO COMMON THREATS

Another issue is the fact that these operations are not limited to Iran. As we mentioned at the beginning, the leading countries of the developing world are openly targeted by the USA. However, we can say that the US is playing its last trump card as it receives defeats in various dimensions all over the world. The peoples of these countries resolutely defend the national state apparatus. The most powerful and necessary response to these operations is through lucrative cooperation organizations operating at the regional and global level and securing the multipolar world order. The latest Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit showcases this reality in its most up-to-date and cyrstal clear form. Membership in the SCO, to which President Erdogan also expressed his return from Samarkand, is no longer a choice but a must for our country, which is experiencing very similar conditions with Iran’s.

In short, the sibling people of Iran, are uniting behind their state against the aggression of the US and Israel, despite their ethnic and religious variety. The Iranian state, on the other hand, is gaining serious positions both for itself and for its neighbors, by struggling resolutely beyond resisting imperialism and its impositions. As long as Iran resolutely defends its national policies and strategies, neither Iran nor the peoples of the regional countries in the can be forced to come into line with the rotten stick of the US. Mahsa Aminis are free in the clime ranges from Samarkand to Tehran, not from Washington to Brussels.

We express our condolences to Mahsa's family and the sibling people of Iran for their sad loss.
