Iran Beats New Zealand at 2023 Water Polo World Cup Division 2
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran defeated New Zealand 17-14 in the 2023 Men's Water Polo World Cup, Division 2 on Friday.
Iran is drawn in Group B along with Romania, Kazakhstan and New Zealand.
Iran, who had lost to Romania 15-4 in its opening match, will play Kazakhstan on Saturday.
Group A consists of China, Germany, Malta and South Africa.
The 2023 Water Polo World Cup Division 2 started on May 5 in Berlin, Germany and will finish on May 7.
