2023 World Wrestling Championships: Iran’s Mohmadi Wins Silver
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Alireza Mohmadi won a silver medal in the 2023 World Wrestling Championships on Friday.
The Greco-Roman wrestler lost to Azerbaijan’s Rafig Huseynov 2-1 in the final match of 82kg.
Aues Gonibov (AIN) and Yaroslav Filchakov of Ukraine won two bronze medals.
The 2023 World Wrestling Championships started on September 16 and will run until September 24 in Belgrade, Serbia.
