Serie A Club Milan Still in Talks with Taremi
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Italian media reports suggest that AC Milan still wants to sign Iran international forward Mehdi Taremi.
The Porto striker is completing the last year of his current contract with the Portuguese club.
Three months away from being able to commit to another club for next season, Taremi continues to fuel market rumors in Italy.
According to “Calcio Mercato”, Milan and Inter are considering making another move for the Iranian in January, after not being successful in the summer.
The portal also adds that FC Porto will now ask for 10 million euros for Taremi.
In the meantime, Stefano Pioli will rely on Olivier Giroud, Noah Okafor and Luka Jovic in the No.9 role. It’s clear that an attacking reinforcement is necessary for next season, given the age of the Frenchman.
