Israeli Army Drops Tons of Explosives on Gaza Strip

This announcement comes amid an ongoing operation by Palestinian resistance fighters against the Israeli regime that has been causing a significant upheaval in the region for three days.

Since the outbreak of the conflict in the Gaza Strip, over 123,000 people have been displaced, according to the United Nations (UN). The UN's humanitarian agency, OCHA, stated, "Over 123,538 people have been internally displaced in Gaza, mostly due to fear, protection concerns, and the destruction of their homes."

Tragically, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 436, including 91 children, as reported by Palestinian health authorities.

The violence continues to escalate, with clashes between Gaza's resistance and the Israeli regime's army intensifying. Resistance groups have targeted Zionist settlements, including Tel Aviv, Ashkelon, and other towns, in response to airstrikes and artillery attacks.

A spokesperson for the Hamas movement revealed that extensive planning and preparation had gone into the Al-Aqsa Storm operation over an extended period. They emphasized, "We are facing a strategic achievement for the Al-Qassam Brigades, which have managed the battle with strength, management, and excellent planning and execution."

The spokesperson further stated, "Today, discussions about a ceasefire are not on the table, and there is no superior voice above the sounds of the battles."

Israel's Channel 12 TV reported intense clashes between the regime's army and the resistance in Sderot and several other areas. Some Zionist soldiers were reported to have fallen into the hands of Palestinian fighters in Sderot, while clashes continued in various locations within the settlement.

In last night's attacks by the Zionist regime on Rafah, Raafat Abu Halal, one of the commanders of the Nasser Salah al-Din brigades, was martyred, as reported by the brigades.

Al Jazeera provided updates on the situation, stating that the area of Beit Hanoon had been under intense bombardment from the air. The level and speed of the air strikes inside the Gaza Strip had remarkably intensified in the last few hours, with some buildings struck without prior warning. The exact casualties remain unknown due to the inability of emergency services to reach the area.

The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) noted a significant increase in the number of people forced to flee their homes in search of safety in Gaza, reaching nearly 74,000 people overnight. These displaced individuals are now seeking refuge in 64 UNRWA shelters, with the numbers expected to rise as heavy shelling and air attacks continue, even in civilian areas. UNRWA is providing these families with shelter, clean water, and essential supplies, including food, hygiene kits, and cleaning supplies. The agency emphasized the importance of protecting civilians, including during the fighting, and called for the safeguarding of schools and other civilian infrastructure.
