Warmongers Won’t Spare Fire of Genocide in Gaza, Iran Warns

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian warned that if the Israeli regime’s attacks and genocide of Palestinians in Gaza continue, the bellicose parties won’t be spared from that “fire”.

The Iranian foreign minister and his Indonesian counterpart Retno Marsudi held a meeting on the sidelines of an emergency session of the UN General Assembly on Gaza, held in New York on Thursday.

The two senior diplomats talked about a UN Security Council draft resolution, initiated by Brazil, about ending the crisis in Gaza.

Foreign Minister Amirabdollahian underlined that any resolution on the Gaza conflict must contain three main points, including an immediate ceasefire, the constant delivery of humanitarian aid supplies to people of Gaza, and preventing the forced displacement of Gazans from the enclave.

Condemning the Zionist regime’s genocide of Palestinians, the Iranian diplomat warned that if the genocide of people in Gaza continues, the warmongers will not be spared from this fire.

For her part, the Indonesian foreign minister deplored the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza, stressing the need for collective efforts to stop the massacre of defenseless Gazans.

On October 18, Brazil drafted a resolution on the crisis whose main points include humanitarian pauses for full and unhindered aid into Gaza, condemnation of violence against all civilians, and rescission of the Israeli regime’s evacuation order.

At least 7,028 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks since October 7, as the Zionist regime promises to continue raids into Palestinian territories.
