Malavan, Persepolis Share Spoils: IPL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Malavan and Persepolis football teams shared the spoils in a goalless draw in the Iran Professional League (IPL) on Sunday.
The match was held in Bandar Anzali. Persepolis could return to the top with a win but stayed second behind Esteghlal.
Sepahan was also held to a 1-1 draw by Nassaji in Ghaemshahr.
Mohammad Reza Azadi was on target for Nassaji in the first half and Mohammad Daneshgar leveled the score in the second half.
