IPL Leader Esteghlal Defeats Tractor
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran Professional League (IPL) leader Esteghlal defeated Tractor 2-0 on Saturday.
Iman Salimi was on target in the 26th minute and Argentine midfielder Gustavo Blanco doubled the lead five minutes into the second half.
In Abadan, Havadar beat Sanat Naft 2-0.
Sepahan will host Persepolis in Isfahan on Sunday, while Zob Ahan meet Nassaji in Ghaemshahr.
Esteghlal remained top with 22 points, five points above Persepolis.
