Hezbollah Strikes Israeli Military Positions in Solidarity with Gaza
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Lebanon's Hezbollah resistance movement continued its strikes on Israeli military positions, supporting Gaza's resistance amid over 12,000 deaths in the ongoing Israeli aggression there.
The resistance movement carried out ten successful operations in various spots along the southern Lebanese border.
Missiles were launched towards a military position facing al-Dhayrah, with Hezbollah stating they "directly hit the target."
Hezbollah announced targeting Israeli occupation soldiers near the "Marj" outpost and "Ramim" barracks, causing direct injuries.
Using explosive devices, fighters targeted another Israeli soldier gathering near Metula, resulting in casualties.
Israeli special forces near al-Manara were also attacked, causing unspecified injuries.
A tank near the 91st division command headquarters in Branit was directly hit by Hezbollah's weaponry.
Six other Israeli military positions near al-Malikiyah, al-Asi, Baraka Risha, and al-Raheb were also targeted.
Simultaneously, the Israeli regime continued artillery and aerial attacks against Lebanon.
Reports indicated Israeli aircraft bombing Naqoura, Alma al-Shaab, Wadi Hassan Kharraj, Shihin, and Jal al-Alam in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli regime's military spokesman Daniel Hagari confirmed strikes on Hezbollah targets, including infrastructure, weapon storage, and military structures, claiming they targeted sources of rockets fired at Israeli positions.
The southern Lebanon border area has seen recurring exchanges of fire between Hezbollah and Israel since Palestinian resistance forces initiated the Al-Aqsa Storm operation on October 7.
Hezbollah's attacks led to evacuations of Israeli settlements in northern occupied territories.
Meanwhile, Israel expanded its air and ground operations against Gaza, widely condemned as a campaign of genocide.
Hezbollah's Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrallah has condemned Israel's brutal Gaza bombardment.
In a televised speech, Nasrallah accused Israel of trying to force Palestinians to abandon their land and sanctities and subjugate Lebanon's people.
Despite this, Nasrallah said, the Israeli attacks only fortified the resolve of resistance fighters to eliminate the Zionist entity.
Hezbollah vowed to continue its attacks on Israel until the assaults on Gaza cease.
