Iranian FM Goes to Oman in Regional Tour
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Foreign Minister of Iran Hossein Amirabdollahian traveled to Oman on Sunday on the first leg of a tour of the region.
Heading a diplomatic and parliamentary delegation, the top Iranian diplomat left Tehran for Muscat on Sunday morning.
The foreign minister is going to hold meetings with Omani officials to discuss the course of cooperation between the two states and implementation of their previous agreements.
He is also planned to hold talks with his Omani counterpart about the latest regional developments, particularly the Gaza crisis.
At least 33,137 Palestinians have been killed and 75,815 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023.
