Iran FIBA U-18 Women Aspires for Division A Promotion
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran defeated Hong Kong 65-52 in the FIBA U-18 Women’s Asia Cup Division B on Monday.
Iranian Captain Mahsa Karani was prolific, shooting at over 50 percent across the floor to finish with a double-double 25-10 crediting her shooting accuracy to visualization.
The competition is being held in Shenzhen from June 24 to 30.
Iran, headed by Eleni Kapogianni, is scheduled to play Kyrgyzstan and Samoa in its following matches.
