Mirshafiei, Safarzadeh to Carry Iran’s Flag in 2024 Paralympics
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Mohammad Reza Mirshafiei and Hajar Safarzadeh will carry Iran’s flag at the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
The Opening Ceremony will be held on August 28.
Para shooter Mirshafiei is the most experienced Paralympian of Iran and young female Safarzadeh will experience her first Paralympics.
A total of 65 Para athletes will represent Iran in Paris in 10 sports.
The 2024 Paralympic Games will be held in Paris, France from August 28 to September 8.
