Iranian Female Thrower Habibi Takes Bronze: 2024 Paralympics


TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Thrower Parastoo Habibi of Iran won a bronze medal in the 2024 Paralympic Games Friday night.

In the competition, held at the Stade de France in Paris, Habibi seized a bronze medal in the Women's Club Throw - F32.
She came third with a throw of 26.29 meters.

Poland’s athlete Roza Kozakowska won the gold medal with 31.30 and the silver medal went to Tunisian Maroua Ibrahmi with 29.00 meters.

Iranian Taekwondo athlete Zahra Rahimi had won a silver medal Thursday night.

Athletics at the 2024 Summer Paralympics take place at Stade de France in Paris.

Iran has sent 65 athletes in 10 sports to the Games.
