Iran’s Kiani Makes History at 2024 Asian Wushu Championships


TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Zahra Kiani became the first Iranian woman to win individual gold medal of taolu in the history.

She came first at 2024 Asian Wushu Championships on Friday.

Kiani finished in first place in the women’s Jianshu form with a total score of 9.686.

Athletes from Hong Kong (9.686) and Vietnam (9.683) won silver and bronze medal, respectively.

The competition takes place in Macau from September 9 to 15.
