American Point Guard Boatright Joins Shahrdari Gorgan
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iranian basketball club Shahrdari Gorgan completed the signing of American point guard Ryan Boatright.
The 31-year-old player, who started his playing career in the American club Grand Rapids Drive in 2015, was a member of Greek side Apollon Patras last season.
Boatright replaced American point guard Will Cherry in the Iranian basketball team.
Shahrdari has won the Iranian Basketball Super League in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
