Plan in Place for Iran’s Response to Israel: Source

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran has fully prepared the plan to react to the Zionist regime’s likely action, an informed source said.

Speaking to Tasnim on Sunday, the informed source at the Iranian Armed Forces said the plan for the necessary response to the Israeli regime’s possible measure has been prepared in full.

“In case Israel takes an action, there will be no doubt about Iran’s reciprocal blow being put into operation,” the source said.

The source added that Iran’s plan entails several types of definite retaliatory strikes, noting that an immediate decision will be made about carrying out one or more operations, depending on the Zionist regime’s measure.

Iran has a databank of multiple Israeli targets, the informed source said, stating that the operation True Promise II indicated that Iran can raze any location at will to the ground.

On October 1, Iran responded to the Israeli assassination of Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh, Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, and IRGC general Abbas Nilforoushan by launching as many as 200 ballistic missiles toward the Zionist regime’s military and intelligence bases all over the occupied Palestinian territories.

While the Zionist regime has threatened to retaliate, Iranian officials have warned that Tehran’s reciprocal response to any Israeli action will be harsh, proportional and well-calculated.
