Israeli Strikes in Iran Draw Strong Condemnation from Malaysia

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Malaysia strongly condemned military strikes by Israel on a number of sites in Iran in the early hours of Saturday.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the Malaysian Foreign Ministry called the attacks a clear violation of international law, warning that they pose a serious threat to regional stability, according to the Malaysian Reserve.

“Malaysia calls for an immediate cessation of hostilities and an end to the cycle of violence,” the statement read.

It criticized Israel's actions, stating that its continued impunity has already undermined the security of the Middle East and risks escalating the conflict further.

The ministry confirmed that the Malaysian Embassy in Tehran is monitoring the situation closely and reported that no Malaysians have been affected by the attacks.

“All Malaysians in Iran are advised to remain calm, stay vigilant, and follow the latest updates and guidance from local authorities,” it added.
