Trivial Damages Fixed after Israeli Attack: Iran’s Defense Minister

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Zionist regime’s recent strike on Iran resulted in minor damages, all of which have been repaired, Defense Minister Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh said.

Addressing an event at the National Defense University of Iran on Monday, General Nasirzadeh said the Israeli regime’s recent act of aggression inflicted trivial damages.

Iran repaired and replaced those damages immediately by employing its domestic know-how and scientific power, the minister added.

He noted that the outsiders would have never allowed Iran to make up for the losses if the Islamic Republic had not developed domestic capabilities on the basis of science.

In comments on Monday, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Akbar Ahmadian said the operation that the Zionist regime carried out on October 26 has not had even a small impact on the military capabilities of Iran.

According to the Iranian Army, four of its combatants were martyred during the confrontation with the projectiles fired by the criminal Zionist regime in the early hours of October 26.

In remarks on Sunday, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei emphasized the necessity of disrupting the flawed calculations of the Zionist regime regarding Iran.

"They’re making a miscalculation with respect to Iran… our officials should be the ones to assess and precisely apprehend what needs to be done and do whatever is in the best interests of this country and nation. They (the enemy) must be made to realize who the Iranian people are and what the Iranian youth are like," the Leader added.
