Friendly: Iran’s Greco-Roman Edges Russia


TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s national Greco-Roman team defeated Russia in a friendly match held in Moscow, Russia on Friday.

The match ended 5-5 but Iran was announced the winner courtesy of the better points.

The winners were awarded $10,000 cash prize and the losers were granted $5,000.

Iran’s freestyle team will also meet the Russian freestyle team on Saturday.
