Iran Club Loses to Calicut Heroes in 2024 CAVA Club Volleyball C'ship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iran Club lost to India’s Calicut Heroes 3-1 (21-25, 25-22, 25-20, 26-24) at the 2024 CAVA Men’s Club Volleyball Championship on Friday.
The Iran U-19 team has defeated Club HDC from Maldives 3-2, Nepal 3-2, and Calicut Heroes 3-1 in its first three matches.
The Iranian team will play for the bronze medal on Saturday.
The five-team competition is held in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Iran's Chadormalou was supposed to take part in the competition but withdrew and Iran U-19 participated in the event instead.
