Iranian Athletes Win Medals in Asian Indoor Championships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian athletes claimed two gold medals and one silver in the 6th edition of the Asian Indoor Athletics Championship in Hangzhou, China.
Maryam Tousi claimed the gold medal in the 400m Women. Mehdi Zamani also seized a gold medal in 400m Men in the competitions.
In long jump, Mohammad Arzandeh won a silver medal.
The first edition of the Asian Indoor Athletics Championships was held in Tehran, Iran in 2004.
