Iran Olympic Football Team Defeats Al Ahli
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran Olympic football team beat Al Ahli of Qatar in a warm-up match in Doha on Friday.
The Iranian outfit defeated Al Ahli football team 4-1.
Arsalan Motahari (twice), Ehsan Pahlevan and Behnam Barzay scored for the visiting team.
Coach-less Iran will also face Qatar Olympic team on Tuesday.
Iran Football Federation (IFF) dismissed Nelo Vingada last week after an early exit from the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea.
Former Sepahan coach Zlatko Kranjcar is the most likely candidate to replace the Portuguese coach.
